At Easy Plumbing, we want to ensure your home projects go smoothly, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused fixtures and tools. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the plumbing items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all washers, valves, and installation manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the components for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
